Voortgangsrapportage Lavide Holding NV
Bij de AVA van 26 juni werd uitgelegd, dat een potentieel nieuwe partner rust verlangde rond Lavide Holding NV. Nu, twee maanden later, is de tijd rijp voor een volgende stap. Het beursfonds is verhuisd van het terrein van de vorige CEO naar een kantoor in Terneuzen. Commissaris Bert Riemens heeft tijdelijk zijn commissariaat neergelegd om als interim CEO te kunnen functioneren. Dit doet hij tegen een commissaris-vergoeding, zoals vastgesteld bij de AVA van juni. Na de zomervakanties hebben nieuwe besprekingen plaats gehad over de Letter of Intent. Daarin zijn van beide kanten aanvullende suggesties gedaan, die beide partijen nader bestuderen.
