Update Gastvrij Nederland BV
16 augustus jl. heeft M.A.E. van der Linden (VDL) een verzoekschrift ingediend bij de rechtbank om zijn ontslag als bestuurder van Gastvrij Nederland BV (GVN) aan te vechten.
19 juni 2018 heeft Gastvrij Nederland BV (GVN) naar aanleiding van het vonnis van de rechtbank d.d. 24 mei 2018 inzake het ontslag van VDL, waarbij de rechtbank had bepaald dat het dienstverband van VDL voor 8 uur per week overeind bleef als geschorst bestuurder van GVN, onder begeleiding van haar advocaten van CKH VDL opnieuw ontslagen als bestuurder van GVN. Door ziekmelding van VDL was het niet mogelijk om aansluitend op 19 juni 2018 tevens arbeidsrechtelijk ontslag te geven aan VDL doordat VDL ontslagbescherming geniet wegens deze ziekmelding. Indien er een betermelding volgt kan er ook vervolg geven worden aan een arbeidsrechtelijk ontslag.
