Procedure van Lavide tegen ING in behandeling voor Rechtbank
Vandaag vond voor de Rechtbank te Amsterdam de mondelinge behandeling plaats in een procedure, die Lavide Holding N.V. (“Lavide”) heeft aangespannen tegen ING Bank N.V. (“ING”).
Deze procedure heeft betrekking op de door ING beoogde beëindiging van haar bancaire relatie met Lavide.
De zaak is aangehouden om partijen de gelegenheid te geven een schikking te treffen.
