Persbericht Lavide wint rechtszaak
Sinds 2018 claimt Amelie Holding BV het recht op 300.000 aandelen Lavide Holding NV in het kader van een earn-out regeling. Lavide heeft die claim steeds als onterecht beschouwd.
De rechter heeft dit woensdag bevestigd. Lavide heeft meermalen aangeboden om de 290.000 aandelen B die Amelie Holding bezat te converteren naar aandelen A. Amelie Holding zag beide zaken echter als een onlosmakelijk geheel en ging niet op dat voorstel in. De rechter kwam tot dezelfde conclusie als Lavide.
De holding werd veroordeeld tot het voorstel dat Lavide zelf al lange tijd had gedaan, namelijk het converteren van die 290.00 aandelen. Helaas waren de juridische kosten van het voeren van verweer tegen de claim aanzienlijk.
