Oud bestuurders Gastvrij Nederland B.V. vechten ontslag aan
Op 8 februari 2018 werd Gastvrij Nederland B.V. (“Gastvrij”), 100% dochtervennootschap van Lavide Holding N.V., bekend gemaakt met het feit dat de voormalige bestuurders van Gastvrij, Amélie Holding B.V./I.M. Ruijters en M.A.E. van der Linden, verzoekschriftprocedures hebben geïnitieerd tegen Gastvrij met als doel het ontslag nietig te laten verklaren. De Algemene Vergadering van Gastvrij besloot op 21 december 2017 voornoemde bestuurders van Gastvrij te ontslaan. Verwezen wordt naar het persbericht van diezelfde datum. Vooralsnog is de inhoud van het verzoekschrift Gastvrij noch Lavide bekend.
