Noteringsmaatregel voor Lavide Holding
Het bestuur van de holding heeft kennis genomen van een noteringsmaatregel door Euronext omdat Lavide nog geen gecontroleerde jaarrekening 2018 heeft. Vanaf 20 mei 2019 zullen gewone aandelen, uitgegeven door Lavide Holding NV, overgebracht worden van de handelsgroep J1 naar de handelsgroep JG.
In het kader van de beoogde RTO bereidt Lavide de activa transactie en een informatie memorandum voor. Lavide verwacht dat dit een belangrijke stap is, die zal bijdragen aan de bereidheid van een externe accountant om een benoeming bij Lavide te aanvaarden.
