Lavide stelt EY aan als haar nieuwe oob-accountant
Lavide Holding NV (“Lavide”) is verheugd te melden dat tijdens de buitengewone algemene vergadering van aandeelhouders op 14 januari 2025 EY formeel is benoemd als de nieuwe OOB-accountant.
De prioriteit ligt nu bij de goedkeuring van de jaarrekening 2023, zodat Lavide zo spoedig mogelijk de ‘strafbank’ van Euronext Amsterdam kan verlaten.
Gedurende het auditproces zal BDO Lavide ondersteunen als interne accountant.
