Lavide publiceert jaarverslag, geeft update over OOB-accountant en roept jaarvergadering op
Lavide Holding NV (‘Lavide’) publiceert vandaag het jaarverslag 2023 en meldt dat het onboardingsproces met GCP Auditors Ltd. gestart is.
Het jaarverslag 2023 is per vandaag in te zien op de website www.lavideholding.com.
Lavide onderzoekt met GCP Auditors Ltd. of het mogelijk is om ook de jaarcijfers 2023 nog door dit kantoor te laten controleren. Volgens de notice van Euronext Amsterdam behoeft Lavide pas een accountantsverklaring bij het boekjaar 2024 toe te voegen. Zolang Lavide geen jaarverslag met accountantsverklaring publiceert zal Lavide op de strafbank genoteerd blijven. Lavide zal trachten eerder compliant te zijn, en hoopt de strafbank te kunnen verlaten zodra 2023 door GCP beoordeeld en goedgekeurd is.
Vandaag heeft Lavide ook de agenda met toelichting voor haar jaarvergadering op 11 juni 2024 op haar website gepubliceerd.
