Lavide ontvangt positief advies
Op 8 september jl. berichtte Lavide in haar persbericht, dat advies werd afgewacht van fiscale en juridische adviseurs over de mogelijkheid om een doorstart te maken. Dat advies is nu ontvangen en bevat zodanig positieve aanknopingspunten dat Lavide zich volledig in zal zetten om de doorstart te kunnen maken. Nu dit advies op tafel ligt wordt ook de financiering, die Kennie Capital en een mede aandeelhouder ter beschikking hadden gesteld, aan Lavide (voorlopig) voortgezet.
Lavide zal de markt direct informeren wanneer meer duidelijk wordt over de structuur, concreet tijdspad en een te houden BAVA.
