Het beoogde Lavide onderdeel “GastVrij Nederland BV” tekent overnameovereenkomst voor overname Heemhuys BV
Op 4 augustus jl. heeft GastVrij Nederland BV (“GastVrij”), zoals aangekondigd in het persbericht van 25 juli 2017 het beoogde onderdeel van Lavide Holding N.V. (“Lavide”), een overnameovereenkomst getekend met de aandeelhouder van Heemhuys BV (“Heemhuys”) betreffende de overname van Heemhuys BV.
Heemhuys exploiteert middels een franchiseconcept een veertiental kleinschalige kindcentra, geschoeid op de antroposofische leest. Hiermee is de keten een waardevolle aanvulling voor de business unit Kinderdagverblijven van GastVrij.
De overname wordt met terugwerkende kracht per 1 juli 2017 gerealiseerd op basis van een earn-out regeling.
