Financiële Update Lavide Holding N.V.
8 November 2017 is er een overeenkomst gesloten met de heer C.P. Scholten, welke middels een convertible loan note EUR 50.000 ter beschikking stelt aan Lavide. Deze convertible loan note is na 15 juli 2018 om te zetten in 60.000 aandelen A van Lavide. Aanvullend heeft dhr. C.P. Scholten een optierecht gekregen voor het beschikbaar stellen van deze EUR 50.000 om nogmaals 60.000 aandelen A van Lavide te verwerven tegen EUR 50.000 na 15 juli 2018.
