Financiële update Lavide
Kuikens BV(de vennootschap van dhr. Kok) verstrekt Lavide Holding N.V. (Lavide) EUR 42.500 ter uitvoering van de optierechten 85.000 opties, die omgezet worden in 85.000 aandelen tegen een uitoefenprijs van EUR 0,50 per aandeel.
Kuikens BV (de vennootschap van dhr. Kok) heeft een convertible loan note volgestort ter waarde van EUR 130.000 conform eerder gemaakte afspraken. EUR 45.000 van de convertible loan note wordt omgezet naar 90.000 aandelen.
De la Rambelje BV (de vennootschap van CEO dhr. Poorter) heeft een convertible loan note volgestort ter waarde van EUR 225.000 conform eerder gemaakte afspraken. EUR 87.500 van de convertible loan note wordt omgezet naar 175.000 aandelen.
