Lavide Holding N.V. (“Lavide”) is met Sitimo ltd overeengekomen een verlenging van de eerder verkregen opties welke recht geven om tegen EUR 0,50 115.200 aandelen van Lavide te verwerven. De looptijd zou aflopen per 19 augustus 2018. De opties worden verlengt tot 19 augustus 2019. Met het verlengen van de optierechten blijft ook de blokkade in stand voor Sitimo ltd om 115.200 aandelen A niet te verhandelen op de effectenbeurs nu tot 19 augustus 2019.
