Extra zekerheden overeengekomen betreffende leningsovereenkomsten tussen Lavide Holding NV (Lavide) en Gastvrij Nederland BV (Gastvrij)
Vandaag zijn er aanvullende afspraken vastgelegd ten aanzien van extra zekerheden betreffende de eerder gesloten lening overeenkomsten tussen Lavide en Gastvrij. De afspraken zien toe op de voorwaarden voor directe opeisbaarheid van de leningen en hoofdelijk schuldenaar zijn van alle individuele werkmaatschappijen voor de totale hoofdsom. Daarbij zijn de ingangsdata van de aflossingstermijnen veranderd.
