Euronext start delisting-procedure voor aandelen Lavide
Lavide Holding NV (‘Lavide’) heeft vandaag de bevestiging van Euronext ontvangen dat het de procedure is gestart voor het delisten van de aandelen van Lavide van Euronext Amsterdam.
Deze procedure duurt 6 maanden. De voorgenomen delisting vindt plaats op 6 november 2023 en de laatste handelsdag zal zijn op 3 november 2023. Lavide en Euronext hebben de afgelopen periode uitgebreid gecommuniceerd over dit onderwerp. De officiële reden voor het starten van de delisting-procedure wordt als volgt geformuleerd:
Following the decision of Euronext, in application of 6905/1 (ii) & 6905/2 of the Euronext Rule Book I, due to non-compliance with the ongoing obligations with rule 61003/2.
Lavide zet zich volledig in om tot een oplossing te komen zodat de aandelen verhandelbaar blijven. Hierbij geniet een transfer naar één van de andere Euronext beurzen de voorkeur. Lavide kan nog geen zekerheid bieden over het slagen van dit proces.
