Benoeming additioneel bestuurder Gastvrij Nederland BV
Annette Franken is op 5 december 2017 tijdelijk benoemd tot additioneel bestuurder van Gastvrij Nederland BV. De toevoeging van Annette Franken is nodig om de communicatielijnen tussen de directie van Lavide Holding N.V. en Gastvrij Nederland BV te versterken. Zij zal zich in het bijzonder richten op het in kaart brengen van de situatie van Gastvrij Nederland BV op financieel- en personeelsgebied.
