Accountant Lavide voltooit registratie bij AFM
Lavide Holding NV (‘Lavide’) is verheugd te kunnen melden dat de accountant, waarvan het een getekende opdrachtbrief bezit, het registratieproces bij de AFM met succes heeft voltooid. De accountant GCP Auditors Ltd heeft op 8 februari van de AFM bericht gehad dat de registratie verleend is.
Lavide kan zich nu definitief richten op de toekomst en het starten van activiteiten waarmee aandeelhouderswaarde kan worden gecreëerd.
Aandeelhouders van Lavide hebben ingestemd met de plannen van de vennootschap om een financieringsmaatschappij te worden. Management van Lavide houdt tevens de deur open voor alternatieve activiteiten. Het voert hiertoe oriënterende gesprekken. Lavide acht alleen winstgevende bedrijven aantrekkelijk genoeg voor een eventuele samenwerking.
